1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of Bengals 4 VIP Experience Sweepstakes is LFR Chicken LLC d.b.a. Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken, 240 N Tarragona St Pensacola, FL 32502
2. Eligibility: Bengals 4 VIP Experience Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to residents of the United States who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, partners, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, vendors, prize and fulfillment providers (“Promotion Partners”) and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants ("You") agree to fully comply with and abide by these Official Rules, and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding for the Sweepstakes. Entrants contact the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 13 September 2026 at 12:00AM Eastern Time and ends at on 13 December, 2026 at 11:59PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter: During the entry period, submit an entry to +18334681835 using SMS keyword BENGALS2026 and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant. As a condition of participation, entrants may be required to complete email verification, fraud-prevention screening, or another reasonable verification procedure established by Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete, cannot be verified, or do not adhere to the Official Rules or applicable laws will be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person. You may not enter more times than allowed by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. Entries submitted using fraudulent methods or in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and not eligible to win.
6. Prizes: The winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prize: One (1) winner will receive Bengals VIP Experience for 4 people. The prize consists of: 4 tickets to the Bengals vs. Ravens game at Paycor Stadium on 31 December, 2026 and 4 sideline passes.

Actual/appraised value of the prize may differ at time the prize is awarded. No cash, refund, or other prize substitution shall be permitted except by Sponsor due to availability or otherwise in Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. The prize, or any part of the prize, may not be sold, resold, bartered, auctioned, or otherwise transferred for money or other consideration. Any attempt by the Winner to sell, exchange, or seek cash or a cash equivalent for the prize is not permitted and may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: On or about December 14, 2026, the Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the eligible entries under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) business day of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release as required by Sponsor, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the Winner will result in the Winner's disqualification . All decisions by Sponsor are final. If the Sponsor discovers, at any time, that the Winner has sold, resold, bartered, auctioned, advertised for sale, or otherwise transferred any part or all of the prize for money or other consideration, the prize will be immediately forfeited, whether or not it has already been awarded, used, or attended. The Winner will not be entitled to any substitute prize, refund, or compensation as a result of this forfeiture. The Sponsor reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies available at law, including recovery of the retail value of the prize and any costs or fees associated with enforcement against a Winner found to have violated the Official Rules.
9. Publicity Rights: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the prize constitute permission by the Sponsor, Promotion Partners, and their respective licensees, successors, and assigns, to use the Winner's name, biographical information, image, likeness, audio and video recordings, photographs, and statements, including for advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
10. Additional Terms and Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof for any reason, including due to weather events, broadcasting or scheduling issues, league, team or venue requirements, or should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to award the prize and to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, operation of the Sweepstakes, app or website, or random drawing process or who violates these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including but not limited to: multiple accounts or entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple accounts or entries from the same computer in excess of those allowed by the Sweepstakes; or the use of bots, device farms, VPNs, macros, scripts, or other technical means to enter the Sweepstakes in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, PROMOTION PARTNERS, AND THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY LIABILITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, LITIGATION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (I) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF; (II) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION OR FRAUD IN ANY PART OF THE SWEEPSTAKES; (III) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES OR RELATING TO USE OF THE PRIZE OR TRANSPORTATION TO OR FROM THE GAME; (IV) TECHNICAL ERRORS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE, OR OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT; (V) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS, TELEPHONE, OR INTERNET SERVICE; (VI) PRINTING ERRORS; AND (VII) LOST, LATE, POSTAGE DUE, MISDIRECTED, OR UNDELIVERABLE MAIL.
12. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in the Sweepstakes, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Further, under no circumstances shall You be permitted in any such dispute to obtain awards for, and You agree to hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., the costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
