ELIGIBILITY
The Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken 60th Anniversary Prize Wheel and Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open to: (a) legal residents of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin; (b) who are age 18 or older; and (c) who are members of Lee’s Famous Rewards program at the time of entry. Void in all other U.S. states, in the District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories, outside the United States, and where prohibited by law.
Enrollment in Lee’s Famous Rewards is free, requires no purchase, and is available to join at www.leesfamousrecipe.com or through the Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken mobile app. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enroll in the Lee’s Famous Rewards program, to spin the Prize Wheel, or to enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
Employees, officers, directors and members of LFR Chicken LLC (the "Sponsor") and its subsidiaries and affiliates, its franchisees and their respective employees, and its licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, the Sweepstakes Administrator, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings and step-siblings and their spouses) and those living in the same household of any such person (“Promotion Partners”), are not eligible to enter. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, affiliated with, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media, digital advertising, or online platform.
This Promotion is subject to these Official Rules, the Lee’s Famous Rewards program terms and conditions, and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and acceptance of the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 6:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on September 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 6, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes Administrator’s computer system is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
HOW TO PLAY THE PRIZE WHEEL
During the Promotion Period, eligible Lee’s Famous Rewards members may log in to their Lee’s Famous Rewards account and spin the digital Prize Wheel one (1) time per calendar day. A calendar day begins at 12:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET, regardless of where the participant is located. Unused daily spins do not carry over.
Eligibility to play the Prize Wheel is limited to Lee’s Famous Rewards members who also satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth above. Sponsor will verify residency at the time of play and reserves the right to void any play or entry submitted by a person who is not a legal resident of a participating state or who does not satisfy the Promotion eligibility requirements.
Each daily spin of the Prize Wheel also constitutes one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, whether or not the spin results in an instant win prize.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES
A total of one hundred nineteen thousand (119,000) instant win prize opportunities have been randomly predetermined by the Sweepstakes Administrator and distributed throughout the Promotion Period. The first eligible digital Prize Wheel play received at or after a winning play time will be awarded an instant win prize. If a prize is not awarded at its designated winning play time, it will be awarded to the next eligible play received thereafter as determined by the Sweepstakes Administrator’s computer system. All instant win prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period, in Sponsor’s discretion and subject to these Official Rules.
Odds of winning an instant win prize depend on the date and time of play, the number of instant win prizes remaining for that day, and the number of eligible participants and plays received. Not all plays will win a prize; some participants will receive the message "Try Again" and no instant win prize will be awarded.

HOW TO ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals can enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter.
Method #1: Prize Wheel. Log in to your Lee’s Famous Rewards account and spin the digital Prize Wheel as described above. Upon completion of the spin, the entrant will be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. All information is subject to verification by Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator.
Method #2: Alternate Method of Entry. To enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes by mail, hand print your name, complete postal address, city, state, zip code, and daytime phone number on a 3" x 5" card, place the card in a separate outer envelope, and mail it to: Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken 60th Anniversary Sweepstakes, LFR Chicken LLC, 240 N Tarragona St, Pensacola, FL 32502.
Each valid mail-in entry postmarked during the Promotion Period will be awarded one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 6, 2026 and received by December 14, 2026. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person, per postmarked envelope, per day. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, late, lost, mutilated, incomplete, incorrect, misdirected, postage due, or stolen mailed entries, which will be disqualified and are not eligible to win a prize.
Limit: one (1) entry per person per calendar day, regardless of entry method. If more than one entry is submitted from the same person in a single calendar day, only the first complete entry received will be eligible and all others will be void. Entries submitted in violation of these Official Rules, including those submitted using an alternate email address, alternate account, automated methods, or any other prohibited means will be disqualified.
GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is "Free Chicken for a Year," consisting of fifty-two (52) weekly in-account rewards, each valid for one (1) free 8-piece box of chicken, redeemable at any participating Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken location. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,195.48.
The first weekly reward will be issued on the date the Grand Prize is awarded, and one (1) additional reward will be issued each week thereafter for fifty-one (51) additional weeks. No transfer, assignment, exchange, cash redemption, or substitution of the Grand Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor due to availability or other circumstances.
Each weekly reward must be redeemed within twenty-one (21) days after the date of issuance. Only one (1) weekly reward may be redeemed per calendar week. Weekly rewards not redeemed within the applicable redemption period will expire and will not be reissued or replaced. Winner must maintain an active Lee’s Famous Rewards account for the full fifty-two (52) week period following the award of the Grand Prize and for the applicable redemption period.
RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING
A random drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted on or about December 16, 2026, by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent representative of the Sponsor, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and telephone within three (3) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of first attempted notification. The potential Grand Prize winner must fully complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release, IRS Form W-9, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor before the Grand Prize will be awarded. Sponsor will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, fails to timely return required documentation, declines the Grand Prize, cannot accept the Grand Prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All decisions of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator regarding the administration, operation, and winner selection of the Promotion are final and binding.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
$2 Rewards, $10 Rewards, and the Free Regular Drink are issued directly to the member's Lee’s Famous Rewards account and automatically expire ten (10) days after being awarded. Expired rewards are forfeited and will not be reissued, replaced, or extended. Rewards have no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer or discount unless expressly permitted, and may only be applied to a single qualifying transaction.
10 Lee’s Famous Rewards Points are added to the member's account and are subject to the standard Lee’s Famous Rewards points expiration terms. 4X Points is valid on one (1) qualifying transaction and must be used within thirty (30) days of being awarded.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if a prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of similar value will be awarded as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a prize.
Indiana residents only: If a prize is unavailable, the winner may elect to receive (i) a prize of equal or greater value, (ii) payment of the verifiable retail value of the prize in cash, or (iii) a voucher confirming shipment of the prize within thirty (30) days at no cost to the winner. If the voucher cannot be honored within that period, Sponsor will mail the winner a check or money order for the verifiable retail value of the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitute permission to use the winner's name, prize won, hometown, image, voice, likeness, geographic and biographic information, social media names and handles, audio and video recordings, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
GENERAL
Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and to release the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Administrator, Promotion Partners, and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as any past, present or future employees, officers, directors, incorporators, members, partners, stockholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, controlling partners, entities under common control, ownership or management, vendors, service providers, attorneys or agents of each (the "Released Parties"), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion and the acceptance and use or misuse of any prize.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, affiliated with, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media, digital advertising, or online platform through which the Promotion may be advertised, promoted, or made available. Entrants understand that any information submitted in connection with the Promotion is submitted to Sponsor and not to any third party platform. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless such platforms from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any portion thereof, including due to a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to award any affected prize and to disqualify any individual who alters, tampers, or attempts to alter or tamper with the entry process, operation of the Promotion, Lee’s Famous Rewards program, app or website, or random drawing process or who violates these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion and to void any play, entry, account, or prize claim that Sponsor determines violates these Official Rules or interferes with the operation of the Promotion, including, without limitation: multiple accounts, plays, or entries associated with the same individual and originating from one or more IP addresses, devices, locations, or other identifiers; multiple accounts, plays, or entries from the same computer in excess of those allowed by the Promotion; or the use of bots, automated devices, device farms, VPNs, macros, scripts, or other software or technical means to enter the Promotion or duplicate plays or entries in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to treat multiple Lee's Famous Rewards accounts that Sponsor determines are controlled by the same individual as a single participant for purposes of enforcing the limitations contained in these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and the legitimacy of any play, entry, account, or prize claim. Sponsor may delay, withhold, revoke, cancel, or require the return of any prize if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the prize was obtained through fraud, manipulation, abuse of the Promotion, violation of these Official Rules, or any activity intended to circumvent the intended operation of the Promotion.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; or (iii) any injury or damage to any person's computer, computer peripherals, or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules and to withdraw a method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
Should any provision of these Official Rules be held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be severed and the remaining Official Rules will remain valid and enforceable. In the event of any conflict between the Official Rules and any other advertising or marketing materials, the Official Rules shall control.
GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO PARTICIPANT’S ACTUAL, DOCUMENTED OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS DIRECTLY RELATED TO PARTICIPATION, AND IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) NO AWARDS FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WILL BE AVAILABLE. The parties agree to finally settle all disputes only through binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Pensacola, Florida. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceeding.
